Return Policy

At American Country Wear, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

• All tags must be attached

• Returns must include the original packing slip or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
